In order to make an appointment with us, please contact us first either through email, phone call, text message, or yelp. After knowing the right procedure for you,  you will be require to make a deposit in order to schedule an appointment. Deposit fee will be credited to your procedural fee when you come in for the scheduled appointment time. You will be required to pay the remaining balance on the day of your scheduled appointment. 

 

If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us, please give us a call or text message to 714-469-1201 anytime up to 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments booked on or after 72 hours  can’t be canceled or rescheduled. If you need to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded and if you would like to reschedule, your deposit will not be refunded and we will require another separate deposit fee in order to reschedule.

 

If you decide to cancel or reschedule 72 hours after your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and in order to reschedule, we will require another separate deposit fee.

We will be sending you a confirmation message right after you schedule an appointment with us and sending a second confirmation message 3-4 days in advance prior to your scheduled appointment. We require for you to confirm your appointment within 24 hours after we send you the second confirmation message. If you don’t confirm within 24 hours, we Touch by Chloe have right to cancel your appointment automatically and your deposit will not be refunded.

 

We ask all of our clients to arrive to their appointment on time and if you are more than 15-20 minutes late, we Touch by Chloe have right to cancel or reschedule your appointment time and your deposit will not be refunded and in order to reschedule with us, we will ask for another separate deposit.

 

Touch-up appointments are complimentary when done within 60 days of the initial/first procedure. However, if not done within 60 days, the t​ouch-up appointment is considered forfeited and any following appointments will be charged.If you are more than 15-20 minutes late for your within 30-60 days complimentary touch up session, we have the right to forfeit that complimentary touch up session.

Photos/videos taken before, during, or after the procedure may be posted on our website www.touchbychloe.com or any of our social media accounts (i.e. Instagram, Facebook). Please inform us if you would prefer otherwise.
