Appointment & Policy Guidelines

Booking an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, please contact us via email, phone, text message, or Yelp. After determining the appropriate procedure for you, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your procedure fee at the time of your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your scheduled session.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us via call or text at 714-469-1201 at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling after a late cancellation will require a new deposit.
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled after the 72-hour window, the deposit will not be refunded, and a separate deposit will be required to reschedule.

Confirmation Policy

A confirmation message will be sent immediately after booking, with a second reminder 3-4 days prior to your appointment.
Clients must confirm their appointment within 24 hours of receiving the second confirmation. If confirmation is not received, Touch by Chloe reserves the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit.

Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late, Touch by Chloe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Touch-Up Policy

Touch-up appointments are recommended and can be scheduled after your initial procedure. We typically suggest booking your touch-up about one month after your first session.
Please note that touch-up fees are separate and vary depending on the service you receive.

Photo & Video Consent
Photos or videos may be taken before, during, or after your procedure and used for promotional purposes on our website or social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook). Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to have your photos or videos shared.
