Welcome to Touch by Chloe's academy, where we develop talented PMU students into professional artists in the field. You will be taught by Chloe, who has been performing services in Orange County for 9+ years. Our goal is not only to teach you how to master PMU techniques by the book, but also how to practically start and maintain your practice once you leave the academy. Chloe has already taught and sent out many students into the field all throughout the country.

Our courses consist of basic techniques covering beginner eyebrow, eyeliner, lip tattoo, etc.,  as well as advanced courses for more experienced individuals. Each course includes direct mentoring, live model demonstrations, and insight into the newest trending PMU techniques.
